These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and ve999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ve999 website at ve999.vip and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the ve999 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ve999 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm member eligibility. We reserve the right to request identity documents at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals frozen, and any winnings generated during the underage period will be forfeited.

3.1 Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ve999 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to promptly update this information should any details change. ve999 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Member.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ve999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify ve999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.

ve999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ve999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

3.3 Account Suspension & Closure

ve999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other members, or the integrity of gaming operations.

4.1 Deposits

ve999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. ve999 does not charge any fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

All deposits are subject to verification. ve999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. ve999 targets processing of all approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Within minutes of approval, subject to wallet provider processing times.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Same business day, subject to banking hours.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, members must have completed the KYC verification process in full. ve999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Any withdrawals found to involve funds deposited in breach of these Terms may be reversed.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on ve999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ve999 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion, if applicable, is handled at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction and is the sole responsibility of the payment provider used by the Member.

ve999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members aged 21 and over only.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus not used within the stated validity window will be automatically removed from the account without notice.
• ve999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a member from a promotion where abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and hold no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

All bets and gaming activity on ve999 are subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market, which are published within the relevant game interface or betting section of the platform. In addition, the following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellations or amendments are permitted after a bet has been accepted by the platform.
• ve999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where an obvious pricing error has occurred, including but not limited to incorrect odds caused by technical malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the result as recorded in ve999's system logs shall be considered definitive unless a system malfunction can be independently verified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ve999 platform. Any member found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their account immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using the platform in any manner that constitutes money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino table games.
• Engaging in any form of fraud against ve999 or other members, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the ve999 platform, its software, or its content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ve999 staff members or other platform users through any communication channel.

ve999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information and transaction records where required to do so by a court order or regulatory request.

ve999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all members. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable recreational activity. ve999 strongly encourages all members to gamble responsibly and within their personal financial means.

• Modify or create derivative works based on any platform content.
